Give your honest feedback.

Skip Questions

If you don't want to answer a question, just let the facilitator know that you don't wish to answer.

These guidelines help ensure each session captures authentic voices and runs smoothly for everyone.

Share Honest Feedback

Speak from your own experience and perspective. Use real examples or short stories when possible.

Answer Thoughtfully

Avoid single-word answers. Provide full, thoughtful responses that help us understand your experience.

Represent Your Community

Your voice helps reflect the experiences of families across Colorado and the work at CDIG.

Keep Contact Info Updated

Use the same email and phone number as your signup. Notify CDIG if your information changes.

Complete Requirements

This includes surveys, follow-ups, or consent forms when applicable.

Virtual Sessions

Tips for successful virtual participation. Practice sessions are available if you're new or unsure.

Be On Time

We allow a 5-10 minute grace period. Be ready to engage when the session starts.

Keep Camera On

This helps the facilitator connect with you and ensures participation is verified.

Check Technology

Make sure your device, camera, and audio are working before the session.

Find a Quiet Space

Kids and pets are welcome as long as they don't prevent participation. Sessions are typically 30-45 minutes.

Survey Participation

Important guidelines for completing surveys and ensuring timely payment.

Read Instructions Carefully

Emails or texts may include important steps for participation or payment.

Use Correct Email

Complete surveys using the same email as your invitation to avoid payment delays. Contact us at cdig@garycommunity.org if you need to update your email.

Provide Thoughtful Responses

Use real examples or short stories. The people who listen to this feedback have the ability to push for change that affects families in Colorado.

Surveys Are For You

Surveys are sent to selected participants based on lived experience and need. Don't forward surveys to others—payments won't be processed. Email referral contacts to cdig@garycommunity.org instead.
