Our Vision, Mission and Community
You are part of a dynamic network of Colorado families committed to human-centered design and amplifying community input. Our mission is to ensure that Colorado families have a meaningful voice in shaping the policies, programs, and products that impact their daily lives by centering our work in community and lived experiences.
We connect social, private and public sector organizations with a diverse, representative pool of community members who bring unique perspectives and valuable feedback. Through surveys, focus groups, and interactive insight sessions, participants share their lived experiences to shape decisions that drive positive change.
Our approach fosters collaboration between community members and decision-makers, bridging the gap between design and real-world application. Together, we are creating more inclusive, effective, and equitable outcomes for Colorado families while empowering them to influence the systems that serve them.

Systems change is about making scalable improvements to the way things work in programs, policies or products. We encourage organizations we partner with to think outside of the box and we encourage you to provide honest feedback and reviews.
To help implement change, our community members will support with:
Identifying a problem
Finding solutions
Creating the idea
Sharing feedback on what already exists
Pilot the idea - try it out!
Sharing solutions with your family, friends, and community

How it works!
Relevant Insight Sessions
We believe that you're the expert of your life and experience. We aim to connect you with insight sessions that are relevant to you, including your past experiences.
Insight Sessions are what we call surveys, focus groups or one-on-one research. These are different methods in which you can provide feedback throughout the year.
Payment:
Since you are the expert, we aim to treat you as such, which is why we offer a minimum $40 an hour for interviews and $25 for surveys. Our payments don't count towards income. So there will be NO impact on your current benefits.

We are providing you a sample resume insert that you can reference or copy for your time and effort in the insight sessions, click HERE.
Cadence:
We will email you when the next Insight Sessions are available! Session times vary throughout the year!
How it Works
Keep your email & phone number up to date
We communicate insight sessions via email
Participate when it works for you
Insight Sessions are most often virtual but if we hosted an in-person session we will provide travel stipends
Payments are processed up to 4 days after completion but we aim to pay you sooner
Participate in at least 2 sessions a year to stay active in our network
